We also guarantee that all of our products are returnable within 90 days except custom items, made to order chandeliers (19-series) and contract orders. ORDER CANCELATIONS AND DELIVERY REFUSALS
Customers will be responsible for all FedEx refusal charges and returned freight charges on orders refused for delivery. Orders that have allocated at the factory are considered "shipped" and must be accepted and returned by the customer according to our return guidelines to get a full refund. Returned shipping costs on refused orders will be deducted from the refund given the customer.
